| Boon Leong
earned a Bachelor in Business (Hons) from Nanyang Technological
University, Singapore.
Career History
Boon Leong is a co-founder of Resolvo Systems. He is
responsible for spearheading overall sales & marketing
activities as well as establishing strategic alliances.
Apart from being a serial entrepreneur, Boon Leong is
a founding partner of Thymos Capital (an incubator for
technology startups in the digital media space). He
is also passionate about investments in general, and
is concurrently a General Partner of Champei Capital
(targeting real estate investments in Cambodia). Boon
Leong is a longstanding member of the Board of Advisors
for the Investment Interactive Club of NTU.

| Onn Chee
holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang
Technological University, Singapore. He was also awarded
Overseas Chinese Banking Corporation Scholarship in
1997.
Career History
As a co-founder of Resolvo Systems, Onn Chee provides
the deep technical domain expertise in Information Leakage
Detection & Prevention (ILDP). He is responsible
for technology R&D as well as large scale project
management primarily in government and defence sectors
covering IT infrastructure security strategy, information
security management, identity management and network
security.

| Francis
holds a Bachelor in Computing Science (Hons) from Staffordshire
University, UK.
Career History
Francis has experience in SDLC activities covering user
requirements, system design, development, quality assurance,
implementation, documentation and operation support
in software house, manufacturing sector and the financial
industry which include Barclays Bank, Bank of Hawaii,
Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, State Street
Bank, UBS. Major career projects include Y2K conversion
and Euro implementation cutting across various applications
and partners. Responsibilities and focus lean towards
the running of banking operation teams during later
part of banking career responsible for various teams
ranging between 20 - 30 head counts with regional responsibilities
including BPO team based in India, participate in strategic
IT / regional & global operation projects etc.

| Chau holds an MSc in Communication
Engineering from Imperial College, London.
Career History
Chau successfully incubated e-Cop Pte Ltd
(founded in 2000) with an international presence spanning
more than 20 countries to a market leader in Info-Security
industry (wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holding
Pte Ltd). Before incorporating e-Cop, Eddie held senior
positions in IBM and Computer Associates with 20 years
of accredited experience in IT and business.
